Sailing License
A recognized sailing license is required for the skipper. The charter company will also need to see a logbook proving sufficient experience.
Life Jackets
Compulsory for children under 12 to wear a life jacket on deck.
VHF License

The Meltemi winds in the Aegean Sea (July-August) are strong and persistent. This is best suited for experienced sailors, while beginners should consider the calmer Ionian or Saronic islands.
